Much of Gwendolyn Soper’s time is occupied with writing. She’s been honored with a Pushcart Prize nomination, and was a NORward Prize for Poetry finalist (New Ohio Review, 2023). Billy Collins long-listed one of her poems for the Fish Poetry Prize. Her poetry appears or is forthcoming in Rattle, Subtropics, New Ohio Review, Plant-human Quarterly, Atticus Review, The Hopper, and elsewhere. Her work has been anthologized in RED: a Hue Are You anthology (Jambu Press), and elsewhere. Currently, she’s an MFA in Writing candidate at Pacific University.
